Maybe not majority but enough people are involved in this, many in high posts of the committee... And since when does rights for one comes thuggery for another ? Whole AJK economy is being managed by Pakistanis... Are the ones crying about so called vip protocols paying taxes for those vehicles ? Do they pay income tax ? no Road tax ? No Sales Tax on vehicles ? No... Do they get subsidies ? Yes Lowest price of electricity ? Yes...
So do tell how is one of the most privileged regions of Pakistan under human rights burden ?
12 seats of migrants are being challenged on the basis that the registered voters are fewer as compared to population than the seats being contested in AJK...
Will you apply the same logic in NA seats where density and registered voter population will heavily favor Punjab and Sindh ???
Moreover ( سونے پَہ سُہاگا ), they don't want to follow the AJK constitutional route and contest elections but rather want direct interference by Pakistan.

Damaging Pakistani stance of Azad Kashmir being an autonomous region.

Reducing the number of voters in case of a plebiscite in Azad Kashmir both in favor of Pakistan or an Independent Kashmir.

While JKLF could have asked for more representation of Azad Kashmir representatives by including more seats from the same areas ( also dissolving the effect of those twelve seats ). They decided to totally erase the migrant seats... Stop and think for a minute what that would imply... But I don't see you doing that.

To be honest, apart from Baluch and Pashtoon society, I dont think rest are terrorists.

These are political problems due to too much political engineering, integrating them into Pakistan and not using regionalism as a tool will fix it.

Yes, there is some separatism in Sindhi society but i think it can be co-opted and managed.

Issue is mainly baloch society which is extremely radical and ethnicized, no solution there apart from war and demographic engineering.

Problem with Pashtuns is racist superiority complex and tribal violence, ending tribalism via force, and condemning racial superiority complex while shutting Afghan border can help

Have you been following GB elections ? Voting and results have been as expected.. PTI did not have much presence for one reason or another but will still take votes from sunni areas breaking PMLN vote bank.. In Gilgit city PMLN have been able to broker with smaller rights groups.... Shia majority is mostly with PPP...

Pakistan is the jungle. The only thing they understand is the threat of violence. Those demands were agreed to by the AJK government. They were done so under the viligant eye of thier pimps - the Pakistani government. Since then they've backtracked and not acted on them.

Now they will find out the costs of not acting on them.
