When the Indians were protesting outside of the Pakistani embassy in London after the war last year a man was hanging around, he was the one who filmed the general flipping off the Indians and tried to malign the embassy staff with footage.

When the Pakistani journalist asked him who he was he got defensive but he blurted out Pakistan overseas network or something similar. I can't find the video but very suspect.
