AJK government should not have made threats in the first place, started crackdowns and allowed a peaceful strike on 9th June and also start to find some kind of solution to the demands. Come on yaar, this is not Balochistan or tribal areas, the protesters are huge, with big support all over the place, you may end up killing 10,000s and still they will continue. Tomorrow is shutter down strike and hopefully some kind of solution will be reached afterwards.

That is false. They didn't attack hospitals, why would they do that, to shoot themselves in the foot, this is agencies work and regarding police yes they had a big fight because of shelling and crackdown. The AJK Government tried to stop Joint Committe strike on 9th June. Government itself is saying people have the right to protest. Double policies. Government should reach solution and then officially announced noone is allowed to protest and democracy is finished, keep one policy.
