AJK govt bans Joint Awami Action Committee, notification issued

I have spoken to someone from Mexico. He says they chased away some PTI people who tried to take advantage and bring their party banners but in some other areas PTI also joined the Cartel and together cursed the Mexican Army and DEA.
Ask your Maxican friend to ask the Cartel to return Shayan Ali .. his tweets are being missed.

my friend sent these pictures from Muzaffarabad

You don't know much about the history then.
I may not know history much but I do know Pakistani's and people that live in our country, and I have full confidence that they will do the most Kanjer thing possible to hurt the state of Pakistan because Govt was little mean to them. You can't change people, unless they are willing to change, just like that you can't make people love the country they are born in if they don't give a shish kebab about that country.

Bhai ab Kashmir mai kiya rola para hua hai ? side message karen, don't want to derail the thread.

Everything else is a waste of time-this or that
Eventually all of the territories need to become like the provinces, and current provinces should set an example for why that arrangement would be beneficial for the territories.
I am not saying AJK should be like a province "technically," but for all intents and purposes it should be like one so all of this mess can be taken care of.
Give them a share in NFC, a right to raise "limited" taxes of their own and royalty, and if they want to give a subsidy through that, then go ahead.
Just like all the other federal countries.
Pakistan on population time bomb. Its better create more provinces. Otherwise the way South Asia population growing in next few decades , Pak India border will be crowded by new developments.
No economic plans, 40 percent of population has staunted growth due to malnutrition. Average salary is 30 thousand and most basic bill of electricty is 20 thousand rupees, ...imagine majority of poor makes 30 dollars a month ...where we are heading, everyone is clueless. All terrorism and protest root cause is unemployment, fail judicial system and massive corruption.

we need 7-8% sustained growth rate. In the last 4 years, swinged from negative to 3.4% (God knows how Dar or Auri calculated that?). People say Auri is high, even on duty.
The real impact of the Iran war will come soon. Pak cannot bear any instability. With no jobs and rising inflation, it will be very easy to swing/brainwash the public.

Shit if I was the finance minister of Pakistan, I'd stay high too lmao. One brutal job.

in many ways it the worse job... any changes requires COAS approval.. Khan gov wanted to tax DHA but COAS called it off..

it is ridiculous ... no good governance can take place.

Well that is not practical. Whose going to impose the law? And what laws?
That is why i said have a fair election let the true peoples representatives take the driving seat create the laws and impose those laws and bring people who ever responsible to justice.

The reason i said it must be judiciary 1st because they will follow the laws created and give out the judgments accordingly

The reason i said bearucracy third is because they basically handle the machine that actually run the country and are corrupt to core once they are fixed things will start to fall in line.

4th army because i think its been more than enough time that we tell them to stay with in the confines of the constitution and really be the servants of the people not the masters.

Lastly once all of that is implemented things will start to sort out and you will see politicians either getting straight on there own or judiciary and people will straighten them out themselves.
Bhai, I think Pakistan's problem is not lack of laws. Rather the issue lies with the enforcement of already existing laws. Our courts are full of goons who don't follow the law and constitution. Mafias and criminals have deeply penetrated Pakistan's institutions, including police and judiciary, and politics.

We all need to support a minority of civil servants and judges who are honest and competent, and try expose the corrupt ones. There is no magical wand that could be used to clean all this mess. We have to do that.

Shut the f**k up you imbecile swine. You ungrateful waste of s***n.
Have some respect for the people who enabled your mother and sisters to live with their self respect intact and not be slaughtered by Hindu goons.

@Oscar @Waz @Fatman17 @RescueRanger
Please get rid of this PTI fangirl.

again I will refer to Kashmiri friend who was mocked by a political supporter in this thread, he states that civil servants in AJK just try to survive and protect their hides by doing the bidding of storng gorups and family clans. or when the things go south they have to listen to the military officers that approach them.

most of them are busy in protocol duties and signing off the ecrouchements and legalising the usruped properties of the weak and the rivals. people from Bagh Rawalakot are arrogant racist but also very smart and among he mot educated. followed by people from Muzafarrabad. people from Mirpur and Kotli are down right goons and thugs and are despised by rest of Kashmiris and they are considered below themselves. there is morbid hatred among them and not much is done. Federal goverment subsidises them , bribes them and plays part in installing them and in return they get free reign to abuse their power. people who know stories from Mipur might know that in many cases the overseas people lose their lands and houses to local thugs.

All above might appear irrelevant to the protests, they are related due to indifference of the people running this sorry state which is smaller in size even to Attok district. there were some legitimate and modest demands and when they were ignored then this movement was joined by more hostiles and they are looking for trouble and they stirred up the situation to a point where violence errupted. the traders and ordinary people are now fedup with these protestors as well but they have no soft corner for the AJK govt and the beurocracy either.
as far as the politicians and the civil administration of Azad Kashmir is concerned, they are unphased, they will wait it out and go back to their old habits once the dust settles. the federal goverment and GHQ will take the brunt and offer bribes, concessions to those that can be reasoned with and will make few an example.MZFD.jpeg

All they want is subsidies that no one else gets and for the rest of the country to pay for them
Alot of people claiming AJK people are freeloaders etc since Pakistan federal government gives atleast 60% grant/development fund to AJK but they forget AJK government doesnt collect Federal taxes/levies paid by AJK residents and businesses (petrol, diesel, gas levies, customs, telecom-related federal taxes, federal withholding taxes, Mobile top-ups
Sales tax, bank withrawel taxes, Sales tax, Federal excise duties on some products.

Its very difficult to survive in Pakistan if your not wealthy/well connected. The rich can bully and harass you but you cannot do much, the police charges money to help you, if a normal person goes police station they'll slap you, the only way is to wipe the shoes of the local politicians, they will make the phone calls, phone to judges to accept your case. This is the unfortunate reality. If the rule of law was strong people, people will trust the state to give justice to them, to protect them, this creates those people who respect the state.

That would be hardly 50 to 80 billion rupees considering the industrial level of Kashmir and the population...
In simple words AJK can't afford any of the development work, infrastructure, subsidies and quotas given to them by Pakistan.

The dams you talk about were built by Pakistan. Almost all of Mirpur settled outside by the same money given through land acquisition. The grain you eat is subsidized by us. Muzaffarabad Airport was functional before the earth quake and was a loss making route for PIA.

Stop giving the monetary justification of whatever is happening because you simply can't pay us back.
