This is a perfect A+ example of a Luz Opal it is not man-made, it is made in nature and this one looks like it has a nebula trapped inside it. I am posting an image of a nebula below for comparison.

And in early 80s, drove to Mersing town 150 miles north of Singapore to escape the glare of city lights to a padi field off the road. I was there with my son to view the return of Halley Comet.
I told him to remember that well, as the next time Halley return, he will still be around to see it.
I spoke to him a couple weeks ago.
I am so happy he remembered that night we looked up and saw Halley Comet.
NASA wants to install a 1km-wide radio telescope inside a crater on the far side of the Moon. The reason for building the Lunar Crater Radio Telescope on the far side of the Moon would be to avoid interference from Earth's ionosphere. LCRT would enable observations of the early universe that you can't get from orbiting telescopes.
