The other problem is Indians are used to their Managers , who are idiots and they often consider , slave work hours as norm of life
They often will accept working till 9pm in night not realizing they should be spending time with own family after 5pm
Most of the Native workers or manager (white/Euro) believe in good work for life balance , expect weekly lunches in friendly environment
Real reason why Indian hire more indian is because the Indian worker will just put head down and accept bad working conditions
While native worker will ask for worker rights and better work life balance
*Issue is not hiring indian there is also a "Why" indians hire indians
I do value diversity in workplace do feel all people contribute to work
environment
Many of Indian managers do have experience running the show so investment firm feel perhaps they will hire more indians and keep expenses low (flawed logic , Innovation means you have to hire the most creative not cheapest)
- Investment firms are looking at , cheap labour
- Low cost of salaries
- No profit share with workers
- Excessive overtime by slave work
Indian managers often subconsciously are always trying to re-create the same , horrid work environment from back home in western companies
