Not 1 person trying to score points when there is a loss of life. You show us what we detest in some of your countrymen mindset. Trying to blame a dead pilot and disrespecting and disregarding his life? What goes through that brain cell? More worried about reputation and respect of a piece of metal that is already a second class machine?

actually it is almost always technical issue, they scapegoat pilots to cover up technical errors, army pilots are trained more then enough to know what kind of flight acrobatics they can apply with their machines and are usually informed about status of flying readiness of their machines.

The pilot was completely reckless, despite his experience. He even tried to engage the afterburner to gain extra acceleration to undo the mess he made in the maneuver, but he was unsuccessful.
