GB and pak kashmir - is a part of UN resolution which talks and refer by Pakistan usually. So it's related to India.

GB is nothing to do with UN resolutions but UN resolutions only refers the whole valley not only refers GB and Azad kashmir, why didn't you plebiscite in the valley as partition plan by British?

Good ,but you are missing the point ,riots were not happening in a city ,it was across the state , it's like riots happening 80% of whole Pakistan..

State forces were deployed but were not enought to deploy across the state.

Ok I didn't know thanks for telling this but every city has its own law enforcement agencies to alll over the state, if situations were that worst than you I mean modi called BSF to control the situation instead of army as you said border was hot and IA deployed on IB and not available to the state for peace, so BSF was available to bring peace to state at the time of riots, so why he should requested BSF from federal govt instead of requested IA for bring peace?

GB is a like example of Jammu and ladakh.. divided by ownself and say - only Kashmir is related. To UN resolution...... But Jammu and ladakh doesn't.

As per UN resolution - passed /modified between 1948-1956 ) it's apply to entire Jammu and Kashmir incurred GB, pak Kashmir and Chinese occupied parts.... You have done settlement with china, it does mean that those parts automatically get expections.
