now none of them trust the US, the bases are laying in ruins and Qatar just signed a reconstruction deal with Iran for dual power and electricity

the world is lowering its dependence on hydrocarbons day by day. as far as attacking Gulf states, it is fool's errand.

the last guy who attempted it was by a guy named Saddam Hussein who is dead. Iran's leaders are not stupid to follow in his footsteps

No it is not, not for another 500 to 1000 years.

The USA has made SURE they have permanent control of Venezuelan hydrocarbon resources and are already in the process of establishing deep structures to maintain that control.

Many countries reliant on that oil from Muslim world were frantically communicating 24/7 through diplomatic channels due to the worries about their supplies be disrupted. Many foreign office officials of all these countries did not sleep according to their usual schedules and many, many of them had synced their clocks to the local KSA time in a way. Not a single one of them was thinking of moving away from that Black Gold, on the contrary they were looking for more long term commitments, some even offering contracts above market price.

It would be wiser to explore other viable means of energy due to growing demands due to growing populations, but the need for these natural resources isn't going away any time soon.

The reason why the current war did not turn into a wider middle east war is not due to the "wisdom" of the Arab Gulf State, but the diplomatic efforts of both Pakistan and Türkiye.

they are all approximately the same size and same demographics. they are all ethnically homogeneous states at least until recently

The UK has the House of Lords, along with a deeply embedded ruling class that has been in power for the last some 700+ years, continuously, and has kept the plebs under control one way or another, without fail.

Most of these Europeans countries were monarchies or authoritarian regimes just until WW2. Many still have the SAME ruling classes in power because that SAME ruling classes control the financial instruments that run the cogs of state machinery.

The only true attempt at democracy was in France but that too was maneuvered thoroughly by the same forces to further their control.

The USA has been under the control of the same bloodlines since the 1700s!!

Democracy is a soft choice mechanism that tricks the masses into believing they have SOME say when they don't.

Look at India for example, supposedly a democracy, but the Brahmins have a very deep control of it and the average Indian's life is getting more and more miserable every year.

I've spent time in the UK and in North America and one can clearly FEEL the nature of control, tyranny, limits to freedom and a person's so called choice in political matters.

What you don't understand is that Turks, the Persians, the Kurds, the Arabs, the Pakistanis, etc are all very very loyal to their religious beliefs.

They are nothing like the Brahmins who wrote letters to the Muslim Kings asking for an exception from the Jiyza Tax because they declared themselves to be non-Hindus, the very same Brahmins that are still in full control of India.

Major General M- Fahad Al- Subaie is trying to put a positive spin on the dire embarrassing situation of Gulf countries are in. Honestly, things are going to be very different for these states after the crisis. Iran will control the Strait after US Leaves or not. .

There were not expecting Iran to hit that hard back. The Gulf countries are unquestionably got in a difficult situation in this conflict; they were unable to join the US Lol or take independent collective action to defend themselves

They said it officially and publicly that it wasn't their war..

The Arab countries have now slowly realized that Iran can be a counter weight to Israeli ambitions in the middle east. I expect further integration of Iran with the PGCC as Iran is bought in from the cold ( with the exception of UAE of course ).

Iran can and will be part of the net security provider for the middle east, alongside Türkiye/Saudi/Egypt and Pakistan. This war has delayed a little on the progress that was being made on that front prior to the war.

The Americans want to leave the middle east, and the middle east do not want both India/UAE/Israel lording over them. The Indians made attempts to reference India's role in being a security provider to "West Asia". It was ignored(effectively shot down by all).

The UAE is playing the US covert game..it is not with Israel and India..
