Arabic Coffee shop

I don't know about east Asian or Chinese , however I can tell you something about middle east.....if you check the dna of Arab countries you will hardly find more than 30% semetic genes in them , they are mixture of many different genes including black African...just look at their faces and bodies you will get your answer.....the true/original Semites resembled closely with Europeans
Ignorant nonsense troll post from the usual suspect. Learn the difference between a linguistic family and ethnicity, race and DNA. There is hardly any mixture of Sub-Saharan ancestry in Arabs - other than Afro-Arab communities which are themselves a mixture of Horn of Africans, West Africans, Sahelians, East Africans etc. and local Arabs and other local and foreign ethnicities.

As for Europeans, most of their DNA derives from the ancestors of Arabs and from the Middle East. As history, human migrations and modern day DNA tests all confirm and my earlier post. Which even @ChineseTiger1986 posts also confirm.

In fact light skin and blue/green etc. eyes are a fairly recent genetic mutations that occurred - you guess it right - in the Arab world.

This is how most Europeans (and most other human beings) looked like skin color wise less than 10.000 years ago.

And you obviously have no clue, there are literally millions of people in KSA alone from "pure" tribal Arab backgrounds from the depths of Najd that you would not be able to distinguish from Southern Europeans at all if wearing Western clothing. Other than at most certain facial features that millions of South Europeans also share.

I could go on.

So once again, Arabs, in particular Saudi Arabians who were never colonized by any Europeans, do not care about pale skin (albeit some will probably prefer it while others will not - a question of personal taste) etc. even though this genetic mutation occurred among our ancestors and is common among us. The "ideal" Arabian beauty ideal is olive skin/brown skin and for men it is a sign of manhood to have olive skin and some color. It is by far, objectively speaking, also the most desired skin color worldwide IMO. Throughout the millennia/centuries famous Arab poets etc. also considered olive skin to be the most desired and beautiful. There is a reason why millions of pale Europeans and others tan to such an extent that skin cancer is becoming a health pandemic.

Personally I find mulatto girls very beautiful and attractive and pale skin the exact opposite. If I had to marry another wife in some alternative universe, I would pick an Afro-Arab woman, Habesha or Dominican/Puerto Rican/Colombian woman (not the millions of Arab, South European etc. ancestry but the mixed ones and more brown/olive skin ones). I don't find blondes particularly attractive either (of course you have individual beautiful women across all races and appearances - obvious thing) but this is all about personal taste after all.

And in any case, this is all irrelevant or at least should be - considering that you can nowadays alter your appearance greatly and that it is not in your control either. Albeit appearance remains important subconsciously to this day and that is likely never going to change - same with personal preference.

And luckily Arabs and Saudi Arabians are quite diverse in appearance so there is something for every taste.

basal eurasian = first non-african homo sapiens

The haplogroup of the original basal eurasian should IJK, but K became east eurasian, but R is the only descendant of K that has became west eurasian by re-mixing with the basal eurasian.

Imagine boarding a train to London in Jeddah. Or you take the train in Saudi Arabia to visit Denmark. ah. This will be possible in a few years.

I personally like traveling by train a lot, in Europe at least, and I am all for greater regional interconnectivity and very happy that KSA is bound to have one of the region's largest and newest train infrastructure not far from now but I think that personal travel - for such long distances - would be a niche thing compared to freight trains.

Why spend several days traveling by train in an increasingly more busy and chaotic world, when you can fly from Jeddah to London in 6-6.5 hours? Or to Istanbul in less than 4? From Northern KSA in less than 3 hours etc.

Anyway I am all for it. In an ideal world it could go all the way to Aden and South Yemen and from there to the Horn of Africa and rest of Africa.

Once we construct a bridge or immersed tunnel (most realistic option) connecting Arabia and Africa directly across the Bab el Mandeb Strait.

From safari in Serengeti or beach holidays in Zanzibar all by train. The prospect would be attractive at least. Or just Asia, Europe and Africa being connected and Arabia - the crossroads - being potentially at the heart of it all.

Not feasible without stability - meaning no civil wars, wars or conflicts in places like Ethiopia, Horn of Africa or currently in Yemen - despite no direct internal conflict right now.

In other news.

IMF sees Saudi Arabia as third-fastest growing G20 economy by 2027

Saudi Arabian GDP now 1.4 trillion USD according to IMF. Question of time before 18th placed Netherlands will be overtaken.

I just want to make it clear for people that the tax-to-GDP ratio of the average OECD country was 34.1% by 2024. KSA barely has any such income. If we were the average country of the world with personal taxation our GDP (nominal) would be close to the likes of Brazil and Russia and the largest in the Muslim world by some distance. Same thing if the population (albeit growing) was larger. For instance if just KSA and Yemen merged we would have a population approaching 90 million.

GCC alone - in this day and age (with the same lack of much government taxation) would be the world's 8th largest economy. If it had the same taxation model like everyone else in the G20 - the combined GCC economic size would be 1/3 times larger. Meaning a GDP (nominal) larger than 7th placed France and approaching 6th placed 1.65 billion big India. Not so bad. Eventually poised to overtake the likes of the UK, Japan and Germany as well due to demographics alone by 2050 let alone further ahead.

A bit disappointed by 300 million big Indonesia though. Should have a much bigger economy IMO. KSA and Qatar alone has a larger nominal GDP.

Pathetic that the world's largest and most resource rich country on the planet (Russia - US second and KSA third), with a population of almost 150 million, and one of the greatest industrial legacies in the past 150 years (during the Cold War the second global power) has a smaller economy than the GCC. Talk about ruining your country's potential.

Maybe even more pathetic is the "performance" of the Mullah regime. UAE has over twice the economy of Iran and tiny Qatar almost as large an economy.
