Armament of the Russian Army

The Russian "Ushkuynik" center has unveiled the "Paseka" active protection system designed to counter drones. The "Paseka" system is equipped with 12 fixed mini-mortars that launch 4×4-meter nylon nets to a range of up to 30 meters. The units can be mounted on trucks, combat vehicles, and ground-based robotic platforms. Drone detection is carried out using electro-optical sensors. The cost per shot is lower than that of using interceptor drones.

 
The Russian company KB Veter has demonstrated the "Veter PRO" interceptor drone, which has already successfully undergone field trials with Russian troops. The drone is assembled from Russian-made components; the only imported element is the camera module. The interceptor drone operates either autonomously or under operator control. It reaches speeds of up to 260 km/h and is capable of carrying a payload of up to 850 grams.

 
The Kalashnikov Concern has unveiled the "Zveroboy" Russian anti-drone system, equipped with "Kraken" interceptor drones. The system is designed to protect critical infrastructure from mass raids by reconnaissance and strike UAVs. "Zveroboy" features three launch containers, each housing an FPV interceptor drone equipped with a warhead; it utilizes the standard "Kraken" FPV for daytime operations and the specialized "Kraken-N" FPV, featuring a thermal imaging camera, for night missions. The "Zveroboy" air defense system is available in two configurations: stationary and mobile. The system comprises a ground control station workstation, an optical target designation system, a detection radar, launcher containers, a digital data relay unit, and a compass mounted on an extendable mast.
