Russian military personnel have begun using ground-based wheeled drones to lay smoke screens. This is the first time an unmanned platform has been used to create a smoke screen. The use of drones in the military is gradually growing, despite the fact that some are still skeptical about them. The drone model and location of the filming have not been disclosed.

Remote control for the Russian ATGM "Kornet", shown at the IDEX 2025 exhibition in the UAE. In the second part of the video, you can see the use of the remote control with the ATGM "Kornet", in field conditions, the remote control is different, presumably this is the first version.

Anticipating a comparison with the remote controls of the Ukrainian ATGM "Stugna-P", the Russian version is significantly different. The remote control for the ATGM "Kornet" uses elements of artificial intelligence. Based on the image, the remote control itself tells the operator what targets are observed. The remote control can distinguish tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, wheeled vehicles

The remote control can automatically find targets and capture them. The operator only needs to switch to combat mode and press the "start" button. With the help of three remote controls, you can organize a circular defense, while the operators can be in cover at a distance of up to 100 meters. Assembly of the installation and ATGM takes no more than 20 minutes. The operating time is presumably up to 8 hours.

More footage of homemade Russian 5.45mm cartridges designed to destroy drones. This is the fourth video about cartridges, links to the previous three videos about cartridges of other calibers are posted in the comments to the video. As before, the cartridges are not factory-made, they are made in a handicraft way. In this case, two plastic halves of a bullet are printed on a printer, after which a shot is inserted into them and they are connected. The finished bullet is inserted into the cartridge. Previously, it was assumed that the plastic of such bullets clogs the barrel of the machine gun, this is partly true, such cartridges are usually alternated with regular ones. In this case, the machine gun did not get clogged with plastic, at the end of the video the result is shown after using four magazines with cartridges.

The Russian army has started using restored 1V119 Rheostat armored vehicles. A train train with 1V119 Rheostat and BRDM-2 was spotted in one of the Russian cities. Apparently, the amount of artillery in the Russian army has increased. 1V119 Rheostat armored vehicles are very rare, they were developed in the USSR in 1982 and are designed for reconnaissance and artillery fire control. The Rheostat armored vehicle is used by the Airborne Forces and is based on the BTR-D, it has aluminum bulletproof armor. Now the Russian army uses newer versions, the 1V119-1 Rheostat-1 command and reconnaissance post, they are produced at the Ryazan Radio Plant. The 1V119 Rheostat armored vehicle weighs 8 tons, it has a speed of up to 60 km / h and a cruising range of up to 500 km, a crew of up to 6 people.

A rare RB-531B Infauna APC was spotted in one of the units of the Russian army. The RB-531B Infauna APC with electronic warfare was developed by the Sozvezdie concern and accepted into service in 2012. The Infauna APC was created on the K1Sh1 chassis, it is a modification of the BTR-80 with an enlarged hull. The main tasks of the R-531B Infauna electronic warfare system are to detect and suppress enemy communication channels. Combating explosive devices equipped with radio control systems. The system detects radio control channels for explosive devices and suppresses them using interference. Detection of attacks using grenade launchers. The APC is equipped with video cameras, which are used to monitor the surrounding area. When a flash from a grenade launcher or other similar weapon is detected, the automatic system fires smoke grenades. Creating a smoke screen makes it difficult to effectively fire at equipment. There have also been reports of electronic warfare against drones, but their type is unknown. The R-531B electronic warfare system can create effective interference within a radius of up to 25 meters for improvised explosive devices with a radio fuse. Up to 90% of radio command frequencies for charges are jammed. The effectiveness of jamming communications is 70%. The crew of the Infauna APC consists of three people.

An episode of testing a Russian drone equipped with a strike core, the model of the ammunition is not reported. Usually, ammunition with a strike core is used in cluster bombs, mines and MLRS. A munition with a strike core is ideal for destroying equipment from above. For example, tanks with Tsar-Barbecue protection, they have protection, but they have thin armor on top. Let's explain briefly, in simple terms. When a munition with a strike core explodes, a large metal form is formed, resembling a pestle. When cumulative munitions explode, a thin cumulative jet is formed. Ammunition with a strike core can destroy equipment at a distance, they penetrate the dynamic protection of tanks and other protection. The disadvantage of munitions with a strike core is low armor penetration.

Footage of the launch of the Russian drone "Lancet-52", officially called "Product 52". The launch is carried out by servicemen of the "Vostok" group of forces. The "Lancet" drone is the most effective drone of the Russian army, due to its flight range, invulnerability to electronic warfare systems and other characteristics. The drone is planned for export, and other countries have already begun to copy it.

The first unmanned tracked platforms "Molot" have been transferred to the Russian troops. The tracked robot-drone "Molot" was developed and delivered to the troops with the support of the Nizhny Novgorod House of People's Unity. Ground drones "Molot" are designed to transport ammunition, food, medicine, transport special equipment, evacuate the wounded. Medical equipment can also be installed on it. It is not yet known on what scale the production of drones "Molot" is going, now they will begin testing them. As the developer of the transport platform Yaroslav Efremov said, the carrying capacity of the "Molot" platform is 300 kilograms, autonomy is several hours, the drone is equipped with long-range and short-range radio communications. Thanks to the modular layout, the platform can be quickly re-equipped for different tasks.

An episode with the Russian Pantsir-SMD-E air defense system, which was shown at the recent IDEX-2025 international defense exhibition in Abu Dhabi. An overview of the air defense system is in the link to the video in the comments to the video. The video showed for the first time three types of missiles used in the Pantsir-SMD-E air defense system, instead of two. Officially, according to press releases, 57E6-E missiles and TKB-1055 anti-drone mini missiles are used. The third type is the 57E6M-E missile with the Zavesa kinetic-action warhead. The warhead weight has increased from 20 kg to 25 kg, the missile weight has increased from 98 kg to 115 kg. With the 57E6M-E missile, the Pantsir-SMD-E air defense system can hit targets at a range of 30,000 meters and an altitude of 18,000 meters. The 57E6M-E missile increased the air defense firing range by 10,000 meters and the altitude of target destruction by 3,000 meters. The flight speed of the 57E6M-E missile was increased from 1,300 m/s to 1,700 m/s. compared to the 57E6-E missile. The 57E6M-E missile can also be used in the Pantsir-S1M air defense system.

A new batch of Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and gun systems has been delivered to the Russian troops, the quantity is not reported. It is worth noting that such deliveries are rarely reported. The Pantsir-S1 family of anti-aircraft missile and gun systems demonstrate high efficiency, including in intercepting MLRS missiles and UAVs, examples are on the channel. Touching on the topic of FPV drones, the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system cannot currently hit them, presumably the Pantsir-SMD-E air defense system was created for this purpose, but whether it will be able to hit them is still unknown. The Pantsir-S1 air defense missile and gun system being produced today differs from the base vehicle, since it has been modified, but in what exactly is not specified. It is reported that the Pantsir-S1 air defense system has increased efficiency in intercepting UAVs, MLRS missiles and cruise missiles.
