The first information about the new Russian cruise missile C8000 "Banderol" has appeared, previously it was shown only for a few seconds. Data on the "Banderol" missile was analyzed from its wreckage by Ukrainian intelligence. The characteristics of the missile are approximate. Presumably, the missile is used by the Orion UAV, and in the future, Mi-28N helicopters will also be used. According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, the missile's range is up to 500 km, flight speed is up to 650 km / h, it is equipped with a Chinese turbojet engine SW800Pro-A95, company Swiwin Turbine & Jets. The missile is equipped with a 114-kilogram high-explosive fragmentation warhead OFBCh-150, the mass of explosive in which is 49.5 kg. The missile's guidance system, according to GLONASS and GPS, uses the Russian satellite signal receiver "Kometa-M8". The estimated flight altitude of the missile is from 25 to 50 meters. The rocket makes extensive use of imported electronic components.
