Army Chief tenure to reset with CDF appointment

Man you are just delusional, but still you can try, and lets hope you are worthy of Hafiz Sabs blessings to wash away your sins and become pure momin like PMLN.

Munirshallah, I will do my best.

A better question would be, "why did the role of CJCSC not work?"

@Panzerkiel how much is true for Sh15 use? somewhere in the video. Like we have 15+km range more than any piece India brought from their side? Then we use multiple hits using different parabolas etc , then scooting due to good road networking?

All of the above, plus MTSI....

now, you explain it man. can find it online. it is showing MIRV instead.

Consider one howitzer.

It fires one shell at Target 1 a certain distance away. It fires another shell at Target 2 a different distance away, and another one at Target 3 at a different distance and so on.

Those are the Multiple Targets.

Now calculate the trajectory of each of the shells fired at all those targets in such a manner that the shells arrive at the same time.

That is the Simultaneous Impact.

MTSI.

(For added fun, move the howitzer between each shell fired too and then add terrain and wind data for extra spice. :D )

ahh.. ok.
but Panzer explained that in MTSI.. while ARMalik said something about split warheads. I was asking bcz the video explained that IA used anti-personnel or pellet-type shells. I was hoping we mustn't have used that.

Made easy with the Automated Fire Control System and GPS linked target acquisition.

~ 7000 shells fired in the first night, and ~ 20-25,000 over the 4 days (or so is the rumor 🤭)

That's a different system inducted almost a decade ago. It's base is MLRS and the rocket then splits into 4 smaller shells or something once making the descent. Don't know exact details on that one though. As far as I remember it was being used by Missile Regiments under ASFC.

Many flavors of the same dish. My favorite is the AC-130 AFCS where multiple targets get hit from all sides nearly simultaneously. Muy Picante!

My understanding is that SH15 works in a network environment. Its onboard computer calculates multiple targets given to it, and then its automated loading system enables it to fire rounds in rapid succession at different angles for multiple hits.

Split warhead is where a single warhead splits into two during flight and hits two targets simulatenously.

At least that is my understanding.
