1- AJK and GB do not get NFC award.
2- The grants that AJK gets are not comparable to the NFC award that other provinces get. It is a Federal Variable Grant. Which means the federal government gives it to the AJK govt how it sees fit, because it has to do political wheeling dealing just like how we saw in 2024. Why do you think this mess started?

So while you give NFC as a 'right' to other provinces, it becomes a hand me down 'grant' and an 'ehsan' for AJK? And moreover, while the NFC award is according to a formula, the grant is completely discretionary.

Aur sonay par suhaga, if NFC award was given to AJK, it would increase the share that AJK currently gets from the federal government. Phir kia karo gay? Rona daal do gay that AJK gets more?

Why the double standard my friend? Tumharay apnay hi mulk kay log hain, not some foreigners.
