Azerbaijani defence industry enterprises produced $820 million worth of products in 2025, most of which was supplied to Azerbaijani army.

Azerbaijan has 2 of the 3 things needed for a complete air defence setup, HQ-9BE and JF17Cs, what it needs next is the Shaanxi KJ-500 ( ideally on a better platform but I don't see China adopting anything other than the awful awful Y9 as of yet ).
Maybe Pakistan/Azerbaijan can team up with China to rehost the system on a Embraer-E190 or something, ie share the costs of the work.

Azerbaijan and Slovakia signed a framework agreement for 300 SAM-120 automatic mortars.

“The framework contract envisages the purchase of approximately 300 mortars. "The first part of it has been negotiated at the moment - 96 pieces," Defense Minister Robert Kaliňák (Smer) told Pravda, adding that Azerbaijan has an option for the rest.
According to him, the Dubnica arms factory should start production immediately after the agreement is signed. Slovakia would like to show off the first piece produced for Azerbaijan at the Baku fair in autumn 2026. "At the same time, we will also discuss purchasing a license and transferring the possibility of partially or completely producing this weapon in Azerbaijan," he continued.“
