No. The person who led the Bangladeshi negotiation team from behind D. Khalilur Rahman ex NSA of IG Yunus Administration is the Foreign Minister of BNP administration now.

Will be interesting to see who bids and what geopolitical concessions they extract. Also, what, if any, environmental safeguards will be in place.
