After signing of your pact with Saudi Arabia, UAE withdrew their $3.5 billion and Saudi's some what compensated by providing you a $3 billion loan.

In my first post on this thread, I have explained that defence pacts amongst countries that do not share common enemies, do not last and the reason for that.

There are numerous examples of these like SEATO, CENTO, Baghdad pact etc. and ironically Pakistan(and by extension Bangladesh) has been a part of all these defence pacts.

These pacts never helped Pakistan or any its other members an ounce and were eventually dissolved.

Please remember "Those who cannot remember their past are condemned to repeat it".
