BAYKAR, one of the world's largest defense technology companies, distributed dividends, equivalent to an average of 18 salaries, to its employees.
BAYKAR, which is the company that exports unmanned aerial vehicles to the most countries in the world, has made another important decision. In line with the decision taken, BAYKAR distributed dividends to its employees who have worked for the company for more than 6 years or have served as unit managers for more than 2 years. It was learned that the dividend in question was around 18 salaries.
The decision in question was notified to the staff by BAYKAR management in a letter. The following statements were made in the letter, which included the names of Haluk Bayraktar and Selçuk Bayraktar:

EXPORT CHAMPION
Baykar, which has carried out all its projects with its own resources since the beginning, has obtained 83% of all its revenues from exports since the beginning of the UAV R&D process in 2003. According to the data of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) in 2021 and 2022, it became the export leader of the defense and aerospace industry. Baykar, which was announced as the export champion of the sector in 2023 by the Presidency of Defense Industries, achieved exports of 1.8 billion dollars last year.Obtaining more than 90% of its revenues from exports in recent years, Baykar alone made 1/3 of the exports in the defense and aerospace sector in 2023. 97.5% of the contracts currently signed by Baykar, the world's largest UAV exporter, are export-based. Export agreements have been signed with 34 countries, 33 countries for the Bayraktar TB2 SİHA , and 9 countries for the Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA so far.
Baykar has surpassed the products of its American, European and Chinese competitors many times in the tenders it competed in competitively.
