You'll be lucky if they do that. Many arabs particularly the gulfi ones will probably support israel if they do this. In fact the israelis can blow up Al-Aqsa Mosque and 2 billion Muslims will do NOTHING about it but utter some condemnations.

PS If the israelis decide to demolish Masjis Al Aqsa, don't be surprised if the jordanians take part in it.

Israelis have indeed been aggressively invading the site , but I think this is linked to October elections more than Israel formally seizing Al Aqsa. Doing so would be a violation of its treaties with Egypt and Jordan and jeopardize expansion of Abraham Accords, something they desperately crave.

Eventually yes the Israelis are going to do this anyway as they want to build the third temple and only then they believe their Messiah will walk out of it one day, but before that they have to expell/neuter the remaining Palestinians in East Jerusalem and the West Bank, as well be in an even more advantageous position over the remaining Muslims in the Mideast.

So in another 30 to 40 years.
