They are supplied by Zeiss, which dominates this market. Simply seeing some pictures is not enough to determine whether a complete EUV system or its components have been built.

China has already manufactured 3nm chips, but the yield rate is not high enough for commercial promotion

From the perspective of global market share, in the first quarter of 2024, China's DRAM share represented by Changxin was only about 10.1%, but it was already ranked fourth in the world. The top three were Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron.

In terms of production capacity, Changxin's production capacity will continue to grow, and by the end of 2025, it is expected to reach a share of about 16.1%, while Micron's share will drop to 17.1%, which is almost the same as Changxin's share in China.

The market share of South Korea's two giants, Samsung and SK Hynix, will also drop to 59.7%, and Taiwan Province's share will drop to 7.1%.

Huawei's subsidiary Shenzhen Xinkailai has launched a complete set of semiconductor production equipment at the semiconductor exhibition.

Because of the US sanctions on Chinese semiconductor companies, China's lithography machines will not be announced to the public, and the physical machines are still in the confidential stage. Judging from Huawei’s latest mobile phones, Huawei is already using domestic lithography machines to trial-produce 5nm chips.
