There's no such thing as a secular Turk. I've never heard a Turk claim to be one. I sometimes say it to trigger certain groups. but thats it.

The secular Turks you describe is the Ottomans , that had Armenians, Greeks and others as elites. And look how that turned out.

So conservative Turks have a birth rate of above 2.1

Murtad Turks have a birth rate of just above 1

And it equals out to about 1.5-1.7

You have no idea about Turks lol
What you describe is not practice by "secular" Turks. But by Muslims and non-Turks.
but if what you say is true, why is Saudi and other part of the gulf world desperate for Indians and non-Muslims to come work? Why don't they have enough babies?
I do agree with you though, our fertility rate is very bad.

They need more people for a growing economy, so if their is growth inside a country then migration can help you boost and maximize that growth

Even Muslim societies that push too much female education end up with a situation where educated women then change their aspirations and marriage requirements and unless those requirements are met they will end up unmarried and thus with no children


But it's worse for secular societies because they destroy their cultural and religious identity that keeps their families and communities together and strong for the future and replaces them with a selfish secular system that seems great for individual freedoms

But it absolutely kills the family and society

Women become delusional and Insufferable, they don't have any training or desire to raise families or cook and clean for their families and home
They don't want to look after children
They can't look after their parents

The only important thing is the selfish pursuit of their own wants and desires

The men are the same and they tend to be simpish wimps, going after women for sex only but they are no good as fathers or husbands


Society suffers


Their needs to be balanced


Only the societies that retain their identity, culture and faith will ultimately have a future



Take Israel for example, their biggest threat is no bombs or armies
Their biggest threat is a young Palestinian population that's having children
