In a powerful and direct speech, Army Chief General Asim Munir emphasized that the Islamic world has lost much over the past twenty years, as 7 or 8 Islamic countries were destroyed due to the lack of strength and deterrence. He explained that today's international reality is governed by power, not laws.
“He who dares wins… and he who does not dare does not win.”With this phrase, the Pakistani Army Chief summed up the reason behind the fate of many Islamic countries, pointing out that fear and the loss of knowledge allowed others to impose their dominance.
How did Pakistan confront India? The General explained that his country engaged in a military confrontation with India, where the most important weapon was willpower and the absence of fear, alongside reliance on national military manufacturing instead of dependence on the West.
He stressed that Pakistan today relies nearly 90% on its indigenous military technology, which has proven its effectiveness in the confrontation.According to his remarks, Pakistan outperformed technologies from:
France: through Rafale and Mirage 2000 fighters
Russia: through Su-30, MiG-29, and air defense systems like S-400 
Other Western countries: in armament, sensing, and air warfare 
Israel (indirectly): as he confirmed that much of Western technology in the region is influenced by or linked to Israeli technology.
In a message to Libya, which he visited two days ago and where he delivered this speech during an expanded military meeting in Benghazi, Munir praised Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, Commander of the National Army, considering him a model of a leader who confronted and did not submit. He called for strengthening the armed forces as the true guarantor of states' survival.=======================

If this is the Riyasat of Medina, then no, don't need it, Rome was more civilized than that.

It is just that the reverbations of how Pakistan hammered India and how helplessly India went into a total shock as a result of that is still being felt. It is not everyday that a country backed by all types of bruhaha and positive PR and seven times the size of its enemey is scared into grounding its ENTIRE airforce. And not to mention the fact that the cyberwarfare waged against India's capabilities which completely disabled and basically ignored all of the latest Western Corporate/Israeli/Russian supplied comm systems wide protections as if they didn't exist. The Indians went into a bigger shock when their defence officials found out that recordings of their so calll top secret calls and communications were being played back to them in very late night "spam" calls from the phone numbers of their family members.
It just so happens that the FM was in charge of certain things at that time.
The Brahmins for a moment thought they were still under the Mughal Rule, until the US called to guarantee them that was the end of things.
