So it is understandable he will have neutral comment, it is let to Sjafrie and also Prabowo to do that, Indonesian defense procurement is now more top down and centralized under Prabowo Administration

Dont know, but Defense Minister give mix signal, Sjafrie said J10 will fly in Indonesia at one time, but in the other time he said J10 is not fixed order and he just looking around

So as the Defense Minister Sjafrie (former Special Force Commander and buddy of Prabowo since they were both young in Special Force) has mixed signal, current Air Force Commander dont want to make statement that could go beyond what Sjafrie has said
