The Jetour Traveler SUV will receive a new hybrid power plant based on a 1.5 gasoline turbo engine in China. In this respect reports Automatic home.
Information about the new change appeared in the database of the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The car will be supplied with a lithium iron phosphate traction battery. The total power of the power plant will be 156 hp. The car will also be equipped with a wide range of additional equipment, including various types of rims and a roof rack.
The length of the crossover is 4785 mm, the wheelbase is 1800 mm. Thanks to the electric engine, it is expected that it will be possible to reduce the fuel consumption of the vehicle in urban use.

The Tank brand, owned by Chinese automobile manufacturer Great Wall, announced the features of the Tank 300 SUV with a twin-turbo V6 engine, for the creation of which funds were collected through crowdfunding. This was reported by reports Automatic home.
Information about the new model appeared in the database of the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The version with a V6 engine is based on the Border Limited Edition Tank 300 and is equipped with an engine with a volume of three liters. Engine power is 360 hp. Development of the model is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
The car is also equipped with metal protective bumpers, wheel arch extensions, a roof rack and other equipment that allows the SUV to overcome passages up to 200 mm deep.
In March 2023, the automaker announced a fundraiser for the development of this modification; this event was closed as soon as possible.

Automobile manufacturer BYD is preparing to launch the Sea Lion 07 crossover in the Chinese market. The design of the new product was developed under the leadership of Wolfgang Egger, who previously worked at Audi and is currently BYD’s chief designer. In this respect reports carnewschina.com.
The electric car is part of the Ocean family and the production version of the Ocean-X concept. It is based on the BYD 3.0 platform, on which the Song L crossover is also built. The length of the car is 4830 mm, the wheelbase is 2930 mm. The car received a large panoramic roof and retractable door handles.
BYD Sea Lion 07 will be available with three powertrain options. The basic version of the car has an electric unit with a capacity of 231 hp. The second version will receive a 313-horsepower electric motor, and in the top version the crossover will have two electric motors with a total power of 530 hp.
BYD Sea Lion 07 is expected to compete with the American Tesla Model Y in the Chinese market. The cost of the car will be 200 thousand yuan (2.4 million rubles at the exchange rate at the time of publication).
