The only Muslim region worth investing in is the Gulf region. They value trade, contracts, and integrity. This is also why the Gulf countries are the wealthiest Muslim countries, and why large amounts of foreign capital are willing to invest in the Gulf.

With a population of over 250 million

It's remarkably well liked, with strong relations with China, Turkey and the Turkic world, Arabs world, Muslim world and even multiple non Muslim countries including the U.S



Pakistan is already building multiple alliances with multiple countries, the world is changing and Pakistan is making its space



Australia is 25 million people, and beholden to the U.S and part of the west

China should and has made deals with Australia, but this is not a one or the other situation


China doesn't have many close relations with countries, it normally has economic relations


Pakistan-China relationship is more then just economic, it's security, geo-strategic and political and if China required support during war or conflict, Pakistan would stand with China due to our strong and historical relations



What would Australia do???? Nothing it would be useless,it would follow U.S diktat and nothing more

China's government may be communist, but their businesses, including state-owned ones, are capitalists. You can't blame them for extracting the best possible deal. It is not like we had other options lining up to invest.

Europe is a positive asset to the United States, while Pakistan is almost a negative asset to China. Don’t make it sound as if China is so much greater than the United States. Look at how the United States treats Europe today.

When you help a poor country, it always feels that your help is not enough, wants to drain you completely, and at the same time curses you for being rich but unkind. But when you do business with a wealthy country, both countries can benefit together based on commercial contracts.

China is free to decide and leave Pakistan. It is very simple. If China believes that Pakistan is unable to provide security to Chinese engineers and workers it has every right to exit the country.
