You are talking about countries more like collaborating or colluding with US to cut or damage China's interests by cutting imports from China, this is more like sanctions against China. What can you expect from China ? If countries collaborate with US to put restrictions on Chinese exports, then China will curtail imports from those countries or impose other restrictions, it's that simple. China is fighting US on political, trade and tech wars now, are you sleeping ? What do you want ? To fight US in a hot military war ? But if those countries are the majority, then it hurts China even more than doing nothing because it will increase inflation in China. You can't isolate yourself from the world. Also, you think if you restrict their imports, they will just stand by and say OK? They will restrict their imports from you in return, further hurting your economy.

China needs to target the US dollar. BRICS currency is a good idea, for example. China needs her own World Bank and her own SWIFT too. China could've done all this 15 years ago. China has always been passive, and if you don't want to fundamentally change your view towards the US, it's better to stay like that and wait out Trump.
