Just put them in a zoo with the right climate and conditions. There are Gentoo penguins in Vietnam, and Chinese pandas are already in Indonesian zoos. The issue isn't whether you can maintain the proper environment but rather the sheer cost of actually sustaining them. First, there are expensive fees to pay to China for preservation rights. Second, their diet is extremely strict since the food has to come from designated locations with China-specific agreements. It's all very complicated and expensive.
