The length of the hull is about 134 meters and the width is 15 meters.

32 VLS with thermal firing and maximum weapon caliber up to 650mm. it can launch HQ16F with a range of up to 160 km.

As for carrier formations and fleet duels, we have the 052DL and 055, we don't need auxiliary warships like the 054B.

Don't mind me saying but the role you described can be fulfilled by a fridge with 3500-4000 tonnage as well. Why expand the length and tonnage of Type-54A if it was not meant to increase its teeth's to bite. ?

You rushed out for conclusion by saying we can't put more vls on a 5k tons ship because the vls are too big, and then I have just given you an example to counter your claim, a type 052d with 6k tons displacement has 64 VLS.

so displacement=deck space? he asked why there wasnt extra vls amidships- what relevance does displacement have to this?
