Chinese 6th Generation Aircraft News & Discussions

It is amazing to witness China's aviation industry developing three generations of fighter jets in 40 years (j10/j20/j35/j36/jxx), while India spent 40 years tinkering with the first generation Tejas MK1a. Our half life is almost someone else's life.
When they will be inducted officially they will be crying so hard cant bare someone success will get in inferior complex immediately. Then articles will come from there side how AMCA is better than j36, j50 will write anything to prove it.

Recently, a CAC tender notice was circulated on Chinese social media.
In September last year, CAC issued a public tender for the procurement of “high-power rodless tractor”. The announcement required “Maximum weight of aircraft to be towed: <60t”.

So far, CAC has not built an airplane with such a large weight. Therefore, it is assumed that this equipment will be used for the J-36, whose maximum weight (including fuel and load) is estimated to be in the range of 50~60t.

Don't know what it is, but security measures taken during J36's maiden flight have apparently resurfaced in the same spots.😎
