Chinese 6th Generation Aircraft News & Discussions

are you expert in aerodynamic and aviation fields to say there no limitation of DSI to go beyond Mach 2, and do research before spewing nonsense, DSI equipped jet can't go beyond Mach 2, and there is no DSI intakes on J-36 has been so far and DSI intakes is not neccerrory for J-36
The J-20 uses a DSI air intake. The J-20's speed exceeds Mach 2. Your reason is invalid.

Then show me the official proofs by PLAAF or Chinese DoD that j20 is capable to go beyond Mach 2, it's just a fairytale rumors created by some Chinese fan boys

Just to add something that i think is mostly missed, considering the advances in flexible materials that are already part of J-36, what makes one think it's DSI intake is fixed? It could be variable by "inflating" or "deflating" the bump or even the throat of the intake. In fact i'm pretty sure i've seen a chinese patent or some research on just this subject, but can't put my hand on it now. Maybe some of you know what i refer to?
