They have the economy of scale not just sophisticated knowhow. Every factory will be churning up rockets and drones like kids toys.

The perfect place for China to test all this tech next time would be the next india-Pakistan war or conflict, it would be a sight to watch, lolz. (it will be a real time test and validation of everything).
