中国军号讯 马跃、记者孙兴维报道：着眼国防与军队现代化建设对军队飞行人员身心条件的新要求，综合考虑机型迭代升级、医学技术进步、身心素质变化等因素，中央军委后勤保障部先后多轮组织相关专家对现行《中国人民解放军招收飞行学员体格检查标准》进行研究论证，近日出台了新修订的《军队选拔飞行学员体检标准》，新标准自2026年8月1日起施行。

现行的《中国人民解放军招收飞行学员体格检查标准》是国防部2005年颁布实施的，为适应招飞工作实际、医学科技发展和我军航空兵部队建设形势要求，中央军委后勤保障部于2019年启动修订工作，先后多次组织座谈研讨、专家评审征求有关单位意见，多次赴部分航空兵部队和研究机构现地调研，充分研究采纳吸收各方意见，在充分论证调研的基础上，形成《军队选拔飞行学员体检标准》（以下称《标准》）。《标准》着眼国防与军队现代化建设对军队飞行人员身心条件的新要求，坚持战斗力标准，突出备战打仗牵引，遵循选拔体检科学规律，适应适龄青年健康状况及体质新变化，按照“问题导向、传承创新、科学考据、统筹平衡”的总体思路，综合考虑多方面因素，对现行标准内容进行全面修订完善，为新形势下精准高效招收军队飞行学员提供科学合理的标准依据。

新《标准》包括总则、外科、内科、神经科、精神心理科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、眼科、妇产科、医学影像、医学检验、附则等12章102条，以及“通用体检项目表”“实验室检查补充项目”“病史调查表”等3个附件。

新《标准》的修订主要对标航空装备新发展、适应潜在发病新情况、跟进青年体质新变化、完善体检组织新手段等方面进行了修订，如现行标准对心脏系统的检查仅限于普通心电图，对最低心率、频发早搏、窦房传导阻滞等病症或体征的判定不够全面，此次修订纳入24小时动态心电图检查，并对相关标准进行了确定，考虑到新型战机驾驶杆位置的变化和座椅可调节角度的加大，对臂长和下肢长的要求作适当降低等。

As I have said for a long time, even if the USA still may have an advantage, it's rapidly fading and clinging to the idea "it has always been this way & will remain so without doing anything" is dangerous for all US pilots even more so potentially right on China's doorstep.
