The first two characters "无人" are easy to understand, which means "unmanned".
The last character "机" can be understood as "aircraft(飞机)" or "machine(机器)".

An unmanned ship is also a machine.

Well Regarding your point about UAVs, in English it's 'Unmanned Aerial Vehicle,' which means something that flies in the air, not a boat that goes underwater.

A Chinese company tests a glide-guided artillery shell modification kit.

This is a very simple modification kit. It is based on the 152mm artillery shells that China has a large inventory of, and with the addition of a glide guidance component, it becomes a glide-guided bomb that can be carried by a UAV.

It is still in the testing stage and has not even had time to be painted. The circuit board is also fixed directly with tape.
