What can you expect from descendants of Bhutto, who with one general, decided to split Pakistan because his 86 seats were more valuable than Mujeeb's 160 seats.

Bhutto was as bad as an unfair and opportunist leader could be, but we cannot blame him for the Fall of Dhakka, at least not fully. His biggest crime was nationalization, destruction of merit, quota system. And then army made him a living shaheed and then benazir was made shaheed. Karachi paid, and still paying the heaviest price as blood money for non of its fault.

The elite have already obtained second passports, bought homes abroad, sent their families and moved their assets. Were the people to start a real push to oust them, I believe the Elite would put up a resistance for awhile but then will quickly flee abroad.

The introspection you are looking for has not happened for the last 70 plus years and is not happening in the future either.
