i was told, US-NATO lost in Iraq straightaway. for NATO, a 'knockout' lost was Iraq

we discussed, while stay in Afghan, what was Tax Collection rate/ in that region? they replied, Tax collection in behalf of American leadership was seen in Kabul region only. remaining Afghan? US couldn't collect Tax.......

hence, we find US couldn't 'colonize' Afghan at any time of NATO's stay there.....

its similar to how British Rule is measured in India. Tax collection for Wetsern Armies was also 'limited' in India. hence, historian seriously question the term 'colony' used for India during British stay
