The fatigue is real. In recent years the unwritten rule among most vacation goers interested in a week-long cruise was to stay far away from boats with cheap tickets. Why? Well, no one has been allowed to say why publicly, but the mountain of video evidence on social media sends the message loud and clear - A certain subset of black customers cause big problems and ruin everyone else's peace.

It's not "racist" to point out observable facts, and the viral "black fatigue" discussion is not something that can be easily dismissed. It's not just whites complaining - It's everyone, including other black people.

Carnival Cruise Line is in hot water after releasing new rules that some passengers say unfairly target Black culture. One rule that sparked major backlash is the ban on handheld fans—not the battery-powered ones, but the classic foldable fans often used during viral line dances like “Boots on the Ground – Where Dem Fans At?”

According to Parade Magazine, Carnival claims the ban is due to the loud "clacking" sound the fans make, which they say could lead to injuries in tight or crowded areas on the ship. But many Black passengers feel the move is culturally insensitive. These fans are often used in dance routines, church events, and even everyday style—and now they’re being silenced.

Carnival also introduced other rules, including curfews for minors, a ban on Bluetooth speakers, and stricter marijuana policies, even in states where it’s legal. The company states that the new guidelines are designed to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests.
