Although I don't make comments on America's internal situation as a Immigrant, I think its Americans who are born here or are citizen to decide what/how to do with their countries but I do have some questions, some are general but few are personal.
1) Where the Heck are Democrats ? I mean, last term you could see some famous democrat leaders at least on media and making big statements, in Protests giving speeches, but where are they now?
2) Why there are no Protests like in first term of Trump ? (Again, its a question I don't want protest or want protests, just a question based on Observation)
3) All these Changes Trump Admin is doing, or people they are firing will they be able to rehire them all if dems win next election or midterms ? And also what about all those Geopolitical decision such as exiting from Paris Climate agreement, now talks about UN, etc etc
4) If some who gets deported, lets say that person got a house, or car, or bank account, or other assets, are they able to sell it? and what about their Debts?
5) Will DOGE/US first policy will come face to face with Israel? Or is it them Zionists still calling the shots from behind? Cause so far heard nothing much over Aid going to Israel, or Epstine connection to MOSSAD, and Israel's role in blackmailing and literally buying of US congressmen/women and bragging about it, will they be held accountable? any chance there?
Personal Question:
1) Can a legal Permanent resident apply for FHA loan if they want to buy a house? or you have to be a US citizen to do so ? I am still not in position to buy a house, but found the market in Florida slowly coming down, houses that were once 320-290k are now in markets for about 270-230k, I know that Houses will come down after 2 back to back Hurricanes, lots of people left Florida. Just from my own work place 3 people permanently moved out of Florida, one sold the house in St pete for more than half a Mil and bought a 2 Acre land with a 3Bed 3Bath house with flowing river in Backyard (SC), and 1 co-worker gets transferred over to NC, and one quit the job and moved.

Careful about buying a house in Florida until you figure out the Home Insurance situation since it is even worse than California with companies fleeing. The last thing you want to do is get into a situation where you can't even insure your expensive investment.

Yeah that is what I heard, people were mad about their premiums going crazy... not sure if this will be a good move but I am trying to get a job in another dept with my company, which is based on Austin TX, so if there is a open position for that dept around August-Oct I will apply and if i get it than will move to TX, like Florida Texas also don't have any state income tax, and house market is still not that crazy, at least that what I heard.
