It's all re-adjustment , big players moving out funds and readjusting into companies where they feel profits will be made

There is 3-4 day waiting period after which the money is put back in markets this is why you will see stuff turning green

Big players who invested in oversea based companies now will likely re-adjust the funds to companies that will potentially make money locally

Or some investors who feel foreign markets are way to go they will put funds in foreign markets

Countries are introducing laws to give more benefits for people to invest in their own Local country and currency instead of USD more tax breaks etc.

Everything balances out, while China did get bashed they bought a lot of US debt in past to ensure US economy remains afloat. Also China was a favorite destination for US electronics and cars.
