Might be crime of disclosure in China but still no logic onto why if the J-20 was disclosed later and the F-47 was talked but not disclosed to make the latter unlikely but the former true because "wall hoppers" are more reliable than the US DARPA.Three logical points.
1. The J-20 was discovered by "wall-climbing party" members (There was no discussion or news leak before this), not through discussion. It already exists when we discuss it.

2. Initially, we didn't even know it was called "J-20". We referred to it as "Black Ribbon"- 黑丝带.

3, In the 1980s - 1990s, confidentiality work was quite simple. All it took was not to disclose it. But now, it's different from the multimedia level of the last century. Ordinary people can directly participate in "social media work". Nothing can be kept completely confidential. Lolita Island cannot keep secrets. Neither can others. so. “No means No.”
So don't always tell me, "military personnel told your friend some secret." Such strange statements are used to prove your point. This is considered a crime of disclosure in China.
At this point you have made up your mind that the F-47 has not flown even though there is historical precedent of that being done in US defense programs of aircraft being disclosed.
Ill repeat what I told you earlier - the A-12 program(single seat predecessor version to SR-71) is a perfect example of saying a development aircraft is flying but still keeping it out of sight.
In 1967 - with the SR-71 operational and KNOWN to the public - the A-12 - has a crash. The SR-71 was technically more ADVANCED than the A-12 - there was not much "secret" from a technology point to hide. The A-12 had been discussed also by Lyndon Johnson back in 1964 except he misspoke it as the A-11. So it was declared but no one had seen it.
So even if a A-12 crashed it was ok to say it was the A-12... BUT the USAF declared that a SR-71 had crashed instead of ever talking publicly about the A-12. The A-12s were all retired within two years after that - but wasn't declassified for public knowledge until 1989 so people only actually saw the aircraft for the first time then.
So I dont see any other reason to continue this discussion if you cannot grasp still why a NGAD prototype can fly for ten years as a technology demonstrator hidden well away in the vast area of groom lake - well away from any Chinese issues of wall hoppers - while production aircraft cannot also do the same until revealed.
