Thanks to France, Egypt finally gets weapons banned for many years

1745482013188.webp

President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi and his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, signed a joint announcement a short time ago, stipulating the raising of the level of relations between Egypt and France to the level of "strategic partnership", including various fields and sectors. This declaration comes to confirm the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries, as France is one of the closest European partners of Egypt regarding the coordination of positions towards regional issues, especially the Palestinian issue, the situation in Libya and Sudan, and the security of the Red Sea. The advertisement also reflects the extension of strategic cooperation between the two sides, especially in the military and industrial fields, and the transfer of technology.

France has provided Egypt with a number of its latest defense systems, including 54 Rafale fighters contracted in two phases in 2015 and 2021, along with two Mistral attack helicopters carriers, a "Fremm Aquitain" frigate, four "Gowind corvettes" and an advanced satellite for military and civil communications “Teba-1”, in addition to radar systems and early warning that supported the capabilities of the Egyptian Air Defense. The cooperation also included providing the Egyptian armed forces with advanced ammunition that was banned for decades, such as the Storm shadow Cruise missiles with a range of up to 300 km, air-to-air BVR missiles , and smart bombs ““AASM Hammer””, and anti-ship missiles "Exocet", advanced air defense systems "MICA", "MICA NG" and "ASTER 15/30" for the benefit of the Egyptian naval units.

Military cooperation exceeded the import framework to include the areas of research, development and joint industrialization, and one of the most prominent examples of this was the partnership in developing visual and electronic systems through the Arab International Optical Company, which is distributed between the French company "Tales" by 49%, and the National Service Projects Authority by 51%. The "Tales & Benha for Electronic Industries" company was also founded for the manufacture of military communications devices and satellite communication systems inside Egypt, as well as continuous cooperation between the Ministry of Military Production and the Tales Company in developing and producing air defense systems.

The French "Gowind corvette" manufacturing technology was also transferred to Egypt, and Alexandria's arsenal was able to produce three units locally, in a move that is a nucleus to revive the defensive marine industry in the country. The cooperation also extended to the aircraft industry, where the factories of the Arab Organization for Industrialization produce components of the luxurious civil aircraft "Falcon" and parts of "Rafale" fighters, which made Egypt within the global supply chain of the French company " Dassault ".

Within the framework of the qualification of cadres, an aircraft design technology school was established in Helwan in cooperation between "Dassault" and the Arab Organization for Industrialization, in addition to establishing a joint training academy with "Tales" to qualify engineers and technicians in the fields of advanced defense industries.

The Egyptian -French cooperation is not limited to the military field only, but also includes the fields of technology, cybersecurity, the localization of civil industries, railway industries, and infrastructure projects, in addition to cooperation in the field of oil and gas exploration.

B5 HYDRA The first Egyptian drone boat USV entering the marine service with a technical and combat weight

1745485149874.jpeg

After Egypt has set its place in the field of UAV, here it is entering the world of maritime drones (USV) from its widest doors, by launching the first Egyptian unmanned boat named "B5 Hydra". This boat is the fruit of cooperation between the "Amstone" company, a private Egyptian joint stock company established in 2018 and owned by Egyptian investors, and between international partners, including the Italian Leonardo Group and the Swarmly Cyprus company, and it was fully developed inside Egypt within less than four months.

The B5 Hydra boat, specially designed for patrol tasks and coastal security. The boat is characterized by being unmanned, and is managed by using smart systems linked to an advanced information system, which makes it able to carry out reconnaissance, monitoring and protecting coasts with high efficiency.

1745485545334.png

Navy drone have become one of the most developed and dangerous weapons in modern wars, due to their ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently at a low cost compared to traditional warships. It is characterized by its high speed, its ability to maneuver, ease of operation, and the lack of a human crew, which protects lives in very dangerous tasks. Its modern technologies also allow reconnaissance, monitoring, remote sensing, electronic warfare, and even a direct attack.

1745486022929.jpeg

The Egyptian boat B5 Hydra weighs 1500 kg and length of only 2.1 meters, which gives it great speed and flexibility in the movement. It can carry 600 kg load, and its speed reaches 85 knots. The boat is armed with a 12.7 mm Browning machine gun, and it is also provided with a small UAV that can be launched from board to carry out the nearby reconnaissance tasks. It can also be equipped with light Italian "Black Scorpion" torpedoes.

1745485451214.jpeg

The boat provides the possibility of using it as an unmanned suicide attack platform, or what is known as "Kamikazi", by loading it with explosive charges of up to 600 kg, which is a quantity capable of destroying any hostile sea target, even in the harshest weather conditions, at a lower cost, and without exposing any soldier to risk. Thanks to its high speed and wide work scope, the B5 Hydra represents a qualitative plus in the capabilities of the Egyptian navy.

The Omani side will invest several million in this factory, and the reason for the deterioration and lack of efficiency of these entities is that they are led by military personnel who are known to be mentally disabled in terms of performance, as they do not have any advanced thinking in the field of performance. On the contrary, they create sensitivity in dealing with civilians and they imagine that they are the smartest and most efficient. Therefore, an old factory like this cannot be compared with its capabilities, the size of its low exports, and its lack of production of advanced equipment. It produces unguided free-fire missiles, and the humiliation of the private sector. It is the one who develops guided weapons. The military mentality of self-sufficiency has never succeeded. The shoes of the Turks in exporting equipment, and the American and Israelis illustrate the extent of the huge and widespread difference between the stupidity and corruption of the military and the efficiency of the private sector in other countries compared to the size of exports and their control over the markets. Therefore, we see them begging from the Sultanate of Oman for investments of 5-15 million due to the lack of ambition and efficiency and the lack of marketing ability, even though they monopolize the Egyptian market. Therefore, there is no hope in These are the crooks unless the industrial complex is rid of the military leadership and control, they have neither succeeded in achieving national security, nor in developing, nor in preventing the impoverishment of the Egyptians. Egypt fought 4 wars at their hands and was defeated in 3 of them. They destroyed the Egyptian gold reserve and they are the ones who created for us the theory of the beggar president, although Egypt is the richest country in its wealth, but it is the poorest country in management and efficiency as a result of their control. They drowned it in debt and they sell Egypt’s assets to non-Egyptians instead of Egyptians. They talk about corruption and they are the ones who lead and grow corruption, so only corrupt people like them deal with them. Therefore, there is no hope in these failed and corrupt companies, no matter how naive advertisements they present, according to their low and humble thinking.

The "Sky Nizk " (Meteorite) system for Egyptian missile launchers MLRS: ________________________________________

1747029628514.jpeg

It is a system announced by the Arab Organization for Industrialization, including a pure Egyptian innovation and industry that acts as a smart warning system for the war head that is added to the missiles of highly explosive rockets to separate the warhead from the missile engine and subject it to a specific path that ends with its vertical explosion on the surface of the earth to reach the maximum effect of the explosive wave and the overflow of shrapnel around the center of the war explosion.

Thus, the sky meteoring systems are the domestic manufacturer systems, the direction of the 122 -caliber missiles of the missile launchers of the different models of the "Saqr" family, which give, as mentioned on the website of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the accuracy of the accuracy of these missiles reaches 100 % while reducing the percentage of ammunition consumption to about a quarter to achieve the same required destruction rate compared to the traditional warheads of the survey shelling. It is noteworthy that the project of this local -made system is added to joint cooperation projects with South Korea and France in the development of smart, accurate and long -term warheads for 130ml artillery and 155 mm or minute heads guidance for 227 mm and 550 milliliters ( Saqr 80 and Saqr 100).

The use of this advanced technology and the provision of smart warheads, guidance in the Egyptian missile artillery weapon, which is ranked fourth in the world in terms of the number of missile launchers, makes the Egyptian missile brigades the strongest weapon for accurate destruction against armored vehicles and mechanical infantry for any enemy, whatever its equipment, and its impact..he will have to face this hell of various types of conventional and unconventional warheads and guidance, able to destroy any enemy at distances that may reach more than 100 km with very high accuracy..

Beats the Indian Brahamos .. Egypt has a strategic opportunity to obtain the technology of the Chinese supersonic Cruise missile HD-1A
1747501829445.webp

May 16, 2025

A strategic opportunity for Egypt is waving on the horizon to enhance its long-range offensive capabilities, by seeking the fastest Chinese Cruise missile technology of the HD-1A , which is an advanced alternative to the Joint Russian-Indian "Brahamos" joint missile. This missile is longer and more speed, along with operational flexibility that allows its integration on the various fighters operating with the Egyptian Air Force, such as MiG-29 and possibly J-10C , as well as the Rafale, where a model of this plane was shown loaded with this missile during a military exhibition in China.

The basic range of the HD-1A missile is about 290 km, but the transfer of technology and local development operations may raise this range to 600 km, giving Egypt a strategic ability to target the geographical depth of opponents at speeds that exceed the speed of sound. The missile is characterized by its ability to fly at a very low altitude, ranging from 5 to 10 meters, which enables it to avoid advanced air defense systems.

The missile is equipped with a "Ramjet" engine that works with solid fuel, with a length of 5.7 meters, while at the launch it weighs about 1,200 kilograms. This system provides speeds of up to 3.5 Mach, which makes the process of intercepting it very difficult in light of most of the air defense systems currently available.

The HD-1 family also includes copies dedicated to the land and maritime attack, with a range of 400 km and a total weight exceeding 1,800 kilograms in some models, which expands the scope of operational use of the system and enhances the ability of the Egyptian armed forces to carry out accurate strikes in multiple environments, whether from the air or the sea.

Securing the transfer of the technology of this missile would significantly enhance the Egyptian military independence, and provide Cairo with an effective and technical weapon, in light of the growing need for reliable and advanced deterrent tools. It also represents an important step towards settling advanced defense industries and strengthening strategic partnership with Beijing in the field of armament and military technology.
