CAIRO (Reuters) - The Egyptian presidency said on Tuesday that President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi arrived in Spain on an official visit during which he will meet with senior statesmen and witnesses the signing of a strategic partnership agreement between the two countries, the Egyptian presidency said on Tuesday.
