Thorium in Egypt .. Huge reserves put it in the list of adults globally



According to data viewed by the Energy Research Unit (based in Washington), Egypt is in fifth place among the list of the most possessing of the world's Thorium reserves, after India, Brazil, Australia and America.

Thorium reserves in Egypt reach 380 thousand tons..

Recently, China has revealed huge thorium metal reserves estimated at one million tons inside the Bian Oppo in the inner Mongolia, which may be sufficient to generate electricity for 60,000 years.

Thorium as a nuclear fuel

Thorium can be entered into a series of reactions, and it becomes nuclear fuel in 7 types of nuclear reactors, most notably:

1. Heavy water reactions.
2. High heat reactors and refrigerated by gas.
3. Boiling water reactors.
4. Compressed water reactors.
5. Fast neutrons.
6. Massive salt reactors.
7. Rapid reactors

Al -Sisi and his Indonesian counterpart are looking to enhance defense cooperation between the two countries
