It’s unclear why some Pakistani members seem so focused on Indians.

The topic had nothing to do with India or Indians, yet from the very beginning of the thread, members started bringing India into the discussion.

Anyone who speaks against Pakistan or doesn't show support for it is often, without basis, labeled as being aligned with or influenced by India.

But better look at the reasons, rather than the easy target: India. It will not help you at all.

What else can the Pakistanis do? You need to empathize with them.

It's not like Pakistanis are doing particularly well, it's not like Pakistan itself is doing well. They have limited agency and ability to affect any kind of global outcome or even outcome in places like the UK.

The best they can do is curse Indians while their country boat rocks side to side violently.

My friends dad was stripped naked and bottled in the 70s. Countless cases and police would look the other way.

I can't imagine what it must have been like in the North. The Pakistani community suffered a lot and I am not surprised the community up there became so insular as a result and formed their ghettos for protection.

First they dont even know what Elon musk tweeted and why he tweeted, some one told pakistanies Elon is targeting British pakistanies and they get excited. All Elon tweeted as when the govt rejected the request by home office to investigate the grooming gangs, he tweeted supporting for an investigation.

Well I wish that was true in all cases but the H1-Bs where I am are still using agencies (or even 2 agency levels) who in turn are still charging companies the going market rate ($100/hr+). The H1B's may be getting suckered (probably 40% of the rate) but the agencies (like Cognizant and Wipro) are still getting the other 60%.

British Pakistanis are like any other community. Some are educated, religious, family oriented and successful others are not. Some have unfortunately got involved in crime.

Exactly right. The people on this forum represent, loosely speaking, the highest that Pakistanis can be (on aggregate). They are all educated, many living in western countries, potentially working in competitive jobs.

The critical thinking, rational comprehension skills and the world view displayed by the Pakistani members on this forum is the absolute high mark of what actual (in country) Pakistanis would have.

First 4 pages of this thread were fine, no one mentioned religion or India, then on post no 59 guess who rocks up like flies around s**t as they always do. As I said - it was not related to india or indian but for Pakistan - india is a easy target to close the eyes to look at the actual issues that caused.

Not only this incident but mostly - just name the india as culprit, because it wipes the blunders made by own selves.

Those individuals convicted of these crimes SHOULD definitely have the boom thrown at them, but the recent digging up of these cases seems like a diversion by Musk, the India lobby, and perhaps others to turn attention away from the H1B issue, that was exposing the thinking of the billionaire oligarchy.
