Ex-Singapore Diplomat analysis on Pakistan with Pakistani journalists

Yes, it is nothing but stolen land.

Oppressive laws and systemic exploitation mixed with a smuggler's paradise is not culture. It's a dying ageing population needing immigration.

These Poreans don't know how to use a website and aim to comment upon countries as big as Pakistan.

Stole from who exactly? You are spouting rubbish senselessly. No one is claiming sovereignty over us.

Oppressive laws? Like we have the balls to control our drug rate and even persecute our ministers who are charged with corruption (Iswaran case)? You are clueless.

Mate, you obviously haven't met our legendary departmental flame baiter extraordinaire, Mr @El Sidd .

Rumour has it he sharpens his skills by arguing with himself on his own closed profile page.

I forgot, one of the features of Pakistani society is to compare itself with the other failed societies and use it as a benchmark for how its not totally failed itself.

If you took your head out of your ass you'd realise that any serious state compares itself to well established states as a benchmark and not the "worse societies" across the globe, but if you want to remain happy as a slum dweller cause there are bigger slums somewhere else then by my guest you biological waste.

wonder full advise..

pity you dont apply it on your self.

All that changed post 2022. Before that? Sure. Army was playing double game in Afghanistan by supporting Taliban against USA and brought absolute cucklord of leader to power who was ever ready to bend over to Taliban brother.

But that phase of WOT era is over. You too need to keep up with times.

so Americans have forgotten/ forgiven us for OBL, affair , back stabbing them in A-stan etc ...and all these old white farts talking heads like Col. Douglas Mcgreggor, Ex CIA dudes like Larry Johnson , etc etc lied to me and said Pakistan actions was due to China's doing from behind the scenes...

dam ... you are right !!!.. that era is over

Let me know if on your passport you can get a transit to Uganda....

This is my personal view only, not reflecting any other view.
Pakistan problem is hybrid governance model ,
Democratic institution is too much influenced by military, all pakistani knows this root cause .
Priority are misaligned due to military influence in national decision making .
And only solution is fall out of current governance model .
Now it is upto to people of pakistan, how can they change current hybrid governance model .

yes.... this is as some people dont recognise the obvious..

Agree completely. In other words, their * visible * condescension towards us is grossly misplaced. Inside, they burn with insecurity. I think that's the more correct way of phrasing what I was trying to say originally.

Indians cannot accept the fact that Pakistan exists because they consider Pakistani territory as their own. Sindh, Punjab and Gilgit Baltistan are regions the Indians consider sacred. They feel robbed and aggrieved knowing that the Brits left after carving up Hindustan. It is a very tough pill to swallow for especially the extremist Hindus in India. Well, fate has it that India will have to live with these realities.

Agree. Just to add, there wasn't really a viable "Hindustan" to carve up in 1947, other than occupied territories collectively known as British India. The hindus (all of them, Nehru, Gandhi, Golwalkar alike) were crying over a completely fictional entity. They have completely imagined some form of "historical sovereignty" over multiple territories that existed within what is effectively a continent of multiple different nations.

Two brand new independent and sovereign nation states were born in August 1947.

Here is what the subcontinent actually looked like before the British first fired a shot in anger.

An incompetent feudalistic country with an incompetent military ruling it and useless feudal politicians.

An apt description of a failing state.
