For example, if Pakistan is threanted with FATF, Pakistan should announce a NOTAM and start testing anti ship missiles by firing them towards the exit of the Hormuz Straight. Especially if an India bound ship gets hit it would be their own liability for ignoring the NOTAM.
Not that Pakistan needs to do this, but if push comes to shove, the Indians would have bigger problems to worry about.

India has lost major credibility over the last 10 years under Modi. Their behaviour has been erratic. They started running before they could walk.
They were letting them wave their dicks around because they thought India would go to war with China. Instead Trump spent the last year reminding Modi it was because of him Pakistan didn't beat down India
