Fiber optic guided FPV drones. The future of land combat?

wire guided no good unless clear line of sight

But it does get tangled and regardless of the operator untangling it is a problem which you seemed to indicate did not exist

Tangling is not a concern. It flies high at about 100 meters until the attack phase when it swoops down and searches for a vulnerable spot such as the ammo storage of a tank.

You can see in this video how it works.

How is tangling not a problem?
Unless the fiber optic is perfectly taut and even then it will touch obstacles

Tangling is only a problem for a missile. FPV drones can fly in any direction and hover. FPV drones cannot tangle. Same idea a spider cannot tangle on a tree even though it has a thread of silk.

You have a good imagination. But your imagination is wrong.

@Viet @NGAD IS THE BEST @Sharma Ji
