Losing sucks especially when the consequence is you go home but losing like this is the worst because of the hope that you're a few minutes away from beating defending champs and advancing. I rather get blown out and feel the sting of humiliation for very short term than the feeling Egyptian fans are feeling right now, and as a Padre and once Charger fan I know exactly what Egyptian fans are feeling. This kind of loss/sting last for days to the point it makes you a bit sick.

I'll never forget the 2006 NFL season where Chargers had homefield advantage throughout the playoffs and first game they literally gave the win to the Pats which started the phrase Chargering. For 24 hours I was miserable and irritable and I'm assuming Egyptian fans will go through this too.
