We fell into the same trap in both matches. We have no plan B against defensive teams ... They took 65 shots in 2 matches and couldn't even score a goal.

Of course, they're used to receiving million-dollar Villas as gifts.

You're right mate. Shocked by Turkiye's lack of application. They were arrogant and got taught a lesson or two this world cup. To be fair, you will recall that 6-0 loss to Spain during qualifying (i think that was at home too!). You still qualified but I don't think Turkiye took that warning seriously enough.

In the second match, Turkiye scored 2 goals against Spain and drew 2-2 in Spain

In the last European Championship, we were leading 1-0 against the Netherlands but conceded 2 goals in the last 15 minutes and failed to reach the semi-finals.

Because of an incompetent coach like MONTELLA

Turkish team and coach MONTELLA weren't motivated for this tournament and underestimated Australia, Paraguay, and the USA, easily believing they would emerge as group leaders.

Turkish team had planned to face Spain in the quarter-finals.

Australia and Paraguay send spoiled Turkish team home before the last game even begins.

Don't worry, you losers... your vacation starts early, you'll spend more time in your million-Dollars Villas in Bodrum that were gifted to you for participating in the World Cup

Great with the victory to our Moroccan brothers. They are my dark horse again in this World Cup. Would be amazing if they went all the way.

Egypt should be winning against New Zealand and Iran as well. Would be a big disappointment if they did not qualify from their group. They have top players like Salah, Marmoush and a core of Al-Ahly and Al-Zamalek/Pyramids FC (or whatever that team is called now) players who know each other.

But somehow Egypt always underperforms in the World Cup. They have never qualified from the group stage but at the same time they have won the most African Cup of Nations (many way back though when most other African nations barely had a team but still a impressive achievement). Back in 2018 we defeated them in the group stage for instance even though I did not expect anything from that game.

Anyway I am hoping for Salah to score some goals in the last 2 games. I have him on a manager team so he better perform.
