Iran, Saudi Arabia Discuss Regional Developments

Iran, Saudi Arabia Discuss Regional Developments

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Senior Iranian and Saudi diplomats talked about the interaction between Tehran and Riyadh and the latest regional developments, most notably the situation in Gaza.

In a telephone conversation on Friday, Caretaker Foreign Minister of Iran Ali Baqeri and Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan discussed topics of mutual interest as well as the latest developments in Palestine and the Zionist regime’s brutal crimes.
The Iranian diplomat appreciated the facilities and services provided by Saudi Arabia to the Hajj pilgrims, especially the Iranian nationals.
Pointing to the Saudi deputy foreign minister’s participation in the recent meeting of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) in Tehran, Baqeri said the growing cooperation between Tehran and Riyadh is promising.
He also denounced the Zionist regime’s ongoing savage crimes against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, stressing, “The Zionist regime’s threats against Lebanon are the continuation of the regime’s crimes against the people in Gaza, and the delusional regime that has occupied al-Quds, in its own opinion, is trying to make up for the failure in Gaza by spreading the scope of the war and crimes to other regions.”
“It is incumbent upon Islamic states to make efforts and implement all their capacities to stop the Zionists’ crimes, threats, and aggressions in Gaza and other areas as soon as possible,” Baqeri added.
For his part, the Saudi foreign minister hailed the positive talks between the two countries on the sidelines of the ACD meeting in Tehran, saying the process of ties between Tehran and Riyadh is sufficiently firm.
Bin Farhan also expressed concern over the escalating tensions between the Zionist regime and Lebanon and called for efforts to stop the spread of war.
The two officials also underlined the significance of promoting relations between the two countries in all fields.
They better bomb Israel now rather than later before it is too late and their turn comes early.

Israeli forces abducted nearly 9,500 Palestinians in West Bank since Gaza war started

Sunday, 30 June 2024 9:40 PM

Israel’s public broadcaster, Kan, recently reported that the regime’s military and the so-called internal security service, Shin Bet, have been forced to cancel a number of arrest campaigns due to a lack of space in prisons.

Meanwhile, conditions for Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails have worsened considerably with detainees experiencing limited access to essential rights, including food, water, electricity, medical care, family visits, and legal assistance.

While the Palestinian media say nearly a dozen inmates have died in Israeli prisons since the onslaught on Gaza started, an investigation by Israeli daily Haaretz revealed that the number is actually more than two dozen. Various rights groups, however, have put the number even higher.

As the war in Gaza continues, Western governments are pursuing increasingly disturbing avenues of eradicating ideas and speech that challenge pro-Israel narratives. In the latest demonstration of such an over-the-top policy, German law now requires applicants for citizenship to affirm that the State of Israel has a "right to exist."

“New test questions have been added on the topics of antisemitism, the right of the State of Israel to exist and Jewish life in Germany,” the interior ministry told the Financial Times. The new law took effect on Thursday. Two days earlier, interior minister Nancy Faeser said:

“Anyone who shares our values and makes an effort can now get a German passport more quickly and no longer has to give up part of their identity by giving up their old nationality. But we have also made it just as clear: anyone who does not share our values cannot get a German passport. We have drawn a crystal-clear red line here and made the law much stricter than before.”

This is I have been saying for over a week. Israel is playing for all the marbles and will not stop until they accomplish Greater Israel.

18 IDF terrorists injured in Hezbollah drone strike in occupied Golan Heights, including 1 IDF terrorist seriously injured

Hamas launches barrage of 20+ rockets into "Israel", many impacts, the largest rocket attack by Hamas for many months

So much for their claims of destroying Hamas. 10 months into their genocide and Hamas is still manufacturing light weapons within the Gaza Strip, the top leaders are still roaming and organising the battlefield, and large rocket barrages into "Israel" continue.

Yedioth Ahronoth, on the authority of the Southern Command:
We are not prepared to deter an attack similar to what happened on October 7, and I do not rule out its repetition.

Some 'coping mechanisms' are already being used to claim the total victory in Gaza. But Israelis know well that even if one rocket could be fired from Gaza then the impact would be like 50 rockets--in an Israeli columnist's own words.
And with all the ordnance dropped on Gaza, even if only 5% is unexploded, the Gazans have a lot of explosives to keep hurting Israel by harvesting the explosives; this is what John Ulmer at the Electronic Intifada recently said. And he is the best resource on the tactical knowledge of the Gaza conflict.
